Delete your data

This page explains how to have LuckyNumberz (developer: Emre Yılmaz) delete the data it holds about you: your account, if you created one, and the notification record for your device. Both are done inside the app in a few taps; no form or e-mail is needed.

What LuckyNumberz stores about you

Account (only if you signed in): your e-mail address, an optional name, your sign-in provider identifiers, your marketing e-mail consent, and one synced document with your settings, personal numbers and saved lines.

Notification record (only if you turned draw notifications on): your device push token, the games and notification types you chose, your app language and your platform (iOS or Android).

Nothing else is stored: no phone number, location, contacts or payment details. If you never signed in and never turned notifications on, there is nothing to delete.

How to delete your account (immediate)

Step 1 — Open LuckyNumberz and go to the Profile tab.

Step 2 — Tap "Delete account" at the bottom and confirm.

Step 3 — You are signed out. The account, its sessions, its synced document and any pending sign-in codes are deleted at once. Data kept on your own device stays there until you uninstall the app.

If you can no longer open the app, e-mail luckyn0mberz@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and we delete the account within 30 days.

How to delete the notification record (immediate)

Step 1 — Open LuckyNumberz.

Step 2 — Go to the Settings tab.

Step 3 — Under Notifications, switch off "Tell me when results are published".

That is the whole procedure. Turning the switch off sends a deletion request to our server and the record is removed at once. If your phone is offline at that moment, or notification permission was already revoked in the system settings, the request cannot be sent; turn notifications on and off again, or e-mail us.

If you already uninstalled the app

Uninstalling does not send us a message, so the record can outlive the app. It is deleted when the notification service tells us, while sending a notification, that the device is no longer registered. This depends on the notification service and has no fixed time; to remove it right away, turn notifications off before uninstalling or e-mail us.

To remove it sooner, reinstall the app, turn notifications on and then off once.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted: your whole account (e-mail, name, provider identifiers, consent, synced document, sessions, codes) when you tap "Delete account"; the entire notification record for your device — push token, games, notification types, language and platform — when you turn notifications off. Deleted data can remain for up to 30 days in our hosting provider’s automatic database recovery history (Cloudflare D1 Time Travel), which is used only to recover from a failure; after that it is gone.

Kept: nothing about you. Draw results and statistics are public information about lottery draws and contain no personal data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep transient infrastructure logs under its own policy, as described in our Privacy Policy at api.luckynumberz.com/legal/privacy
