Delete your data

LuckyNumberz · Applies to every version of the app · Türkçe

This page explains how to have LuckyNumberz (developer: Emre Yılmaz) delete the data it holds about your device. It takes one switch inside the app and no account, form or e-mail.

What LuckyNumberz stores about you

LuckyNumberz has no accounts. The only record it can hold about you is a notification record, created only if you turn draw notifications on. It contains your device push token, the games you chose, your app language and your region code.

Nothing else is stored: no name, e-mail address, phone number, location, contacts or payment details. If you never turned notifications on, there is nothing to delete.

How to delete it (immediate)

Step 1 — Open LuckyNumberz.

Step 2 — Go to the Settings tab.

Step 3 — Under Notifications, switch off "Tell me when results are published".

That is the whole procedure. Turning the switch off sends a deletion request to our server and the record is removed at once. There is no grace period and nothing is archived.

If you already uninstalled the app

Uninstalling does not send us a message, so the record can outlive the app. It is deleted automatically the next time we try to notify that device and the notification service reports it as gone — usually within a few days, at the next draw of a game you had selected.

To remove it sooner, reinstall the app, turn notifications on and then off once.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted: the entire notification record for your device — push token, games, language and region. No copy is retained.

Kept: nothing about you. Draw results and statistics are public information about lottery draws and contain no personal data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep transient infrastructure logs under its own policy, as described in our Privacy Policy at api.luckynumberz.com/legal/privacy
