Terms of Use

These terms apply to the LuckyNumberz mobile app and the luckynumberz.com website, operated by Emre Yılmaz. By using them you accept these terms. For users in Türkiye the Turkish version prevails.

What LuckyNumberz is

LuckyNumberz shows the official results, jackpots and statistics of lotteries around the world, for information only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any lottery operator, and it does not sell lottery tickets or take bets.

Results are collected from official or operator-published sources and may occasionally be late or wrong. Always check the official source before acting on a result; the official result prevails.

Numbers generated by the app are for entertainment. They do not change your odds of winning.

LuckyNumberz is intended for people aged 18 or over. Lotteries are games of chance; play only where it is legal and within your means. The app links to a support line for problem gambling in its settings.

Your account

An account is optional. You are responsible for the e-mail address you sign in with. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab; how data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Do not misuse the service: no automated mass requests, no attempts to break into accounts or systems, no use that violates the law.

Advertising

The app and the website are free and show advertisements from Google. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; an ad is not an endorsement by us.

Content and copyright notices

If you believe something we publish infringes your copyright or other rights, or is unlawful, e-mail luckyn0mberz@gmail.com with: the address (URL) of the page, what the content is and why it infringes your rights or the law, and your name and contact details. If you act for a rights holder, say so.

We review every notice within 3 days. Content that is clearly unlawful or infringing is removed and we tell you what we did. If we do not remove it, we explain why.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a late or incorrect result, from an interruption of the service, or from decisions made on the basis of the information shown. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the app. Turkish law applies.
