About Singapore TOTO

TOTO is Singapore’s national lottery draw, run by Singapore Pools, the state-owned operator that holds the country’s only lottery licence. Six winning numbers and an additional number are drawn from 49 on Monday and Thursday evenings, and the Group 1 prize rolls over from draw to draw, which has made TOTO the most followed draw in the city-state.

This page shows the six winning numbers and the additional number for every draw in our archive, the Group 1 prize and the estimated jackpot for the next draw, read from Singapore Pools’ official results pages. LuckyNumberz does not sell tickets and has no connection with Singapore Pools.

How to play

An Ordinary bet costs S$1 and covers six numbers from 1 to 49, chosen by you or generated at random by the terminal (a Quick Pick). System bets let you mark 7 to 12 numbers on one board, which covers every six-number combination among them at a higher price, and a System Roll fixes five numbers and pairs them with all 44 remaining numbers.

Draws are held on Monday and Thursday at 18:30 Singapore time. Sales close shortly before the draw, and tickets are sold at Singapore Pools outlets and, for registered account holders, through the operator’s official online channels. When the jackpot is very large the operator may announce a special draw with its own date.

Odds

The odds of winning the Singapore TOTO jackpot are 1 in 13,983,816: 6 numbers from 1–49.

Prizes and jackpot

There are seven prize groups. Group 1 is for all six winning numbers; Group 2 is five winning numbers plus the additional number; Groups 3 to 7 cover five, four plus additional, four, three plus additional and three winning numbers. Groups 1 to 4 share fixed percentages of the prize pool and vary with sales; Groups 5, 6 and 7 are fixed cash amounts, with Group 7 the smallest.

The Group 1 prize has a guaranteed minimum of S$1 million and rolls over when nobody matches six numbers. It can only roll over a limited number of times: if it is still not won after the fourth consecutive draw, the money cascades down to the Group 2 winners of that draw.

History

TOTO dates back to 1968, the year Singapore Pools was set up to give the public a legal alternative to illegal betting. The game has been redesigned several times; the current 6-from-49 matrix was introduced in October 2014, replacing 6 from 45, which lengthened the odds and produced larger rollovers. The source publishes only about a year of results, so the archive on this page starts in September 2023 and grows forward from there.

Frequently asked questions

When is Singapore TOTO drawn?

Monday and Thursday at 18:30 Singapore time. Results appear on this page shortly after Singapore Pools publishes them.

What are the odds of winning Group 1?

Six numbers from 49: 1 in 13,983,816 for a single Ordinary bet.

Do I choose the additional number?

No. It is the seventh ball from the same drum. It counts only in Groups 2, 4 and 6, which combine winning-number matches with the additional number.

What happens if nobody wins Group 1 for several draws?

The prize rolls over, but after the fourth draw without a winner the Group 1 money is shared among the Group 2 winners of that draw instead of rolling over again.

Why does the archive only go back to 2023?

Singapore Pools publishes roughly one year of past results. Draws before that window are no longer available from the source, so the archive starts where the source did when collection began.
